Foundations of families start at home. Natural law and Natural Rights says homes are the combinations of a man and woman. It also has a family tree of both the man and the woman. The roots of where they family comes from are given from the family trees.

According to the Natural Law human values are developed and mixed with community as well as the society. Family members are taught basic ethics which includes morals, manners, customs, traditions and certain rituals are being performed for particular purposes. Elderly members of the family in particular play a crucial role to ensure that the norms and values are inculcated to all members of the family at an early age.

Some of the most important factors the home to teach young people include respect of every adult person whether biological or not. An example of this is how a young person talks to adult people whether expressing anger or joy. It also encourages young people to greet adult people in a respectful manner. It differs from one culture to another. In certain cultures (African) a young person is expected to kneel down when greeting an adult person. Home also teaches the importance of language, customs, rituals and traditions as well as other related.  When a young person misbehaves it always reflects back to her/his family. People might either ask questions whether the young person was taught or deliberately showing disrespect?

Natural Law and Justice requires adult to show any young person the appropriate conduct towards adults and other fellow friends. Adults have rights to intervene when young people misbehave. How Society must act in Today tragedy when some families are headed by the young people without proper Primary Education? Naturally by offering Primary Education which includes norms and values will be fulfilling both the natural rights and law.
